~ Having observed Euplectes macrourus at the outset of the game drive, it was fitting to encounter Euplectes capensis, Yelow Bishop, towards the game drive's conclusion. The male Euplectes capensis was in striking breeding plumage, although no females were in sight. Perhaps they were being demure in our presence.
