~ There was a snowfall of crystal-like snow last evening, which started while I walked to my Tsinghua University classroom in the Xuetang classroom building…today is the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year and the longest night…it's also the birthday of my long-time friend, Geoff NG, in Tokyo…these shots reflect the entry of Winter in Beijing, 2012, taken with the EF 70-200mm f/4L IS telephoto zoom and the EOS 1D X
