~ These are the final images taken of LIN Guoming in Hong Kong, as he left the next morning to take the subway to Shenzhen, then the train back to Bijing…that evening I accompanied Guoming to Mon Kok, where he'd already been twice with Tong…he bought a LowePro Flipside 400AW bag like mine, as well as a sturdy Manfrotto monopod…his new gear was purchased with funds he's earned working as a journalist and photographer in graduate school, to his great credit…he was a first-rate, cheerful an helpful photography travel companion who made the photo expedition more fun by his presence
