~ One of the realities repeatedly impressed on me throughout the entire 11-day safari was the ubiquity of Quelea quelea, Red-billed Quelea, throughout Kenya's wildlife areas...their flocks consist of dozens of individual birds, flying together from large bush to tree...these images reflect typical Quelea quelea gatherings, minus the distinctive chattering sounds, which are one of the features making safaris so pleasant
