~ The 15-inch MacBook Pro Retina Display notebook computer shown in this series is by far the least pre-planned purchase I've made in decades…this afternoon I was informed that this coming Summer will essentially have no vacation, as I've been asked to travel throughout China visiting Research Institutes to offer Scientific Writing for Academic Publication workshops…this was wholly unexpected, abruptly ending my Summer plans, including long overdue extensive photo post-processing…in order to cope with the situation, I went to the Xidan Apple Store and bought the most feature-loaded MacBook Pro offered, in order to be able to continue photo post-processing while away from the 27-inch iMac which has served so well…it's a surprise Christmas gift
