~ I'd mentioned to Anthony and Ni that it would be best to photograph Coracias garrulus, European Roller, against a dark background, as we'd solely photographed them with lenses pointed skyward, hence they were dark against a light background...happily this Coracias garrulus was perched on a low branch with a green background, resulting in more satisfactory images than before
