~ After arriving in Marco Polo International Airport from Moscow, I took a bus to Piazzale Roma, then managed to get lost in La Serenissima, which is not altogether a bad thing…nonetheless it was a relief to find Hotel Citta di Milano, where I stayed 25 years ago…to my great surprise, it had recently undergone a major upgrade, with room appointments and amenities far beyond my expectations…these are the first shots I took upon arrival, on Easter Sunday, 2013
