~ One month after relocating from Beijing to Hanzhong YAO Lei invited me to join him for nature photography in Shanghai's Xisha Wetland Park (西沙湿地公园) on Chongming Island (崇明岛). It was a warm, humid weekend such that perspiration interfered with handling the photography gear. We stayed until sunset, watching the color change, marveling at the appearance of legions of small crabs from their burrows, as waterfowl flew overhead.
